His Royal Highness Prince 'Abdul Malik ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, Chairman of the Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Committee of Governors attended a Tahlil ceremony in conjunction with Ramadhan for Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit, and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim. Organised by Yayasan Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah, the ceremony was held at the Royal Mausoleum, 26th February morning.

Upon arrival, His Royal Highness was greeted by:

- Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Erywan bin Pehin Datu Pekerma Jaya Haji Mohd Yusof, Second Minister of Foreign Affairs as member of the Yayasan Committee of Governors;

- Yang Berhormat Pehin Datu Lailaraja Retired Major General Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohammad Yussof, Minister at the Prime Minister's Office and Second Minister of Defence as Chairman of the Yayasan Board of Directors; and Yang Berhormat Dato Seri Setia Doctor Awang Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar, Minister of Health as Deputy Chairman of the Yayasan Board of Directors.

The reading of Surah Yasin, Tahlil and Doa Arwah was led by Yang Dimuliakan Begawan Pehin Khatib Dato Paduka Awang Haji Metassan bin Haji Tahir.

His Royal Highness then poured 'aing asah-asahan' or scented water on the graves of Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar 'Ali Saifuddien Sa'adul Khairi Waddien, Al-Marhumah Duli Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Damit, and Al-Marhum His Royal Highness Prince Haji 'Abdul 'Azim.
